The Scampi 30 is a recreational keelboat built primarily of polyester, with wood incorporated into the interior. All versions have masthead sloop rigging with aluminum spars, mast on deck, standing rigging and a single set of unspread spreaders. The hulls all have a rising stem, raised transom, transom with reverse, with tiller and fixed fin keel. weight 3,300 kg and ballast of 1,260 kg. All versions have a draft of 1.65 m with the standard keel.

At the hull you notice the typical sharp bilges. The boat has a somewhat different than usual weight distribution because the engine is mounted under the V-cage.
